[Boatanchors] BA Resistors

Some time ago there was a QST article about this subject.
The author inherited a large collection of resistors. He measured a few,
found them way off value and continued to measure the rest.
I believe his conclusion was to dump the whole collection and order them as
needed.

Except for a few spares and special pieces I have discarded all my old
carbon resistors and electrolytic capacitors.
