Being a dealer in one color of this stuff (not black) I will add one thing to 
watch out for.  Wrinkle (not crackle which is a finish that looks like a 
dried mud flat and AFAIK was only used by RCA on a few BC-312 orders and some test 
equipment) finish paint has a short shelf life, typically about two years.  
If you buy any color from a local store, look for a date code and don't buy it 
if over two years old.  If you buy it mail or internet order, return it 
immediately if over two years old.  

To answer the original question, he best remaining vendor is Seymour.  And 
beyond that, do not buy any wrinkle finish paint advertised as environmentally 
safe.  Like most of that ilk, it isn't going to work well and will not produce 
results that look like what was originally on the radio you are refinishing.
