[Boatanchors] Price rollback on HW-16 cap kits.

Hello to all.  In the HW-16 filter cap kit that I am offering, I am able 
to cut the price back to $27.95 (on the full kit).  This is due to the 
following change:  I ran into a clearance problem with the 2 x 20 uf 
bias filter cap, and am replacing it with two (2) 22 uf @ 160V axial 
lead units instead.  These will provide even better clearance than the 
HW-16's original unit. 

A correction and a minor spec change on the multi-section cap:  I stated 
earlier that the unit would be shipped with a phenolic mounting wafer.  
This is incorrect, it will be the correct metallic wafer.

Also, in order to facilitate easier production, the height of the 
multi-section cap has been increased by 3/16" to 3 11/16".  This still 
provides good clearance between the top of the can and the rig's cabinet.
