[Boatanchors] Cleaning Tarnished Connectors

Agree with the Tarn-X and rinsing, been doing that for decades.

First found about the problems tarnished BNC's can cause while in the 
USN in the 60's. The oxide "may" be a conductor but it also causes 
intermittent connections with connectors that dont use a firm wiping 
connection.
