[Boatanchors] RE: Real Solder

Greetings All,


        I guess I can count myself as being lucky. There Power Supply
Manufacture I work for went over to lead free five years ago. I went
around to every work station I could to collect up the old ( some rolls
still in there wrappers ) solder before the EPA crew got to them.  would
guess I have about twenty or so pound stored away for future use. We are
now going to the RoHS standard for the entire manufacturing process. So I
guess when you see the stuff at Hamfest or where ever we better get it
before it to becomes a Dinosaur.
