[Boatanchors] SOLDER (the Real Stuff) ((Off topic?))

This reminds me! I better get another pound of the stuff before the assinine ROHS rules eliminate it completely from the earth. (there will STILL be lead acid batteries manufactured though!)

Another "reason" for all the fuss over matellic lead is people are able to cast BULLETS from lead and George Soros wants a lead free/gun free world out there.

More junk science and pop culture.

Any of the major supplies has 60/40 tin-lead. Newark in particular has a whole range of gages in stock (13 ga and smaller), around $30 a lb roll. I am sure Digikey, Allied and Mouser also have similar. All take credit cards.

Where can I get some Tin-Lead solder, the real stuff not this Lead-Free
    putty ? I need 0.047 or 0.065 dia.

    Thanks, Dick, W1KSZ
