[Boatanchors] identification help

Hi Group. I picked up a homebrew receiver some time ago for parts, now I am 
wondering whether I want to part it out. It is well made, and seems to me I 
have seen a simular receiver in a magazine somewhere possibly QST. Does 
anyone recognize the rig. I have posted all the info I have on it along with
