[Boatanchors] R-390A IF Out Connector Needed

I picked up an R-390A the other day. It's rather dirty and has
been mishandled by some poor soul, but nothing terminal.

One thing it needs is the IF Out Connector. This is a Panel
Mount BNC to "Mini-BNC" adapter.

Does anyone have one I can get ?
