You can use cash for LOCAL PICKUP ONLY or PayPro IF the seller can take credit cards
directly (most individual sellers can't). That means that with a credit card, you are
locked out of most sellers, except the bigger "stores"

Basically, eBay is trying to become Amazon....   cheap consumer junk.....   not
collectibles which is likely of much more interest to people reading this. Oh, and
Amazon does consumer stuff MUCH better.
