[Boatanchors] SWL/Novice Radio,any suggestions?

Olaf, see if you can find a used Drake R8 on e-bay or anywhere 
else.  Fine continuous coverage receiver shouldn't be too expensive 
as the R8A and R8B  help keep the price down.
