Carl,
Congratulations for picking up a fine receiver.
You're invited to browse the Canadian Marconi web pages developed by by
Jerry Proc VE3FAB, at http://www.jproc.ca/marconi/index.html . Go to the
Equipment link and then select the CSR5 Series Receiver link.
You'll find some technical details there, with photos, explaining the
differences between the CSR5 and CSR5A, the history of the receiver and
downloadable manuals.
You're encouraged to send the serial number of your receiver to Jerry,
jerry.proc at sympatico.ca and photos, for putting it into the CSR5 database.
Both Jerry VE3FAB and myself would be happy to answer any CSR5 related
questions.

Subject: [Boatanchors] Marconi CSR5 A manual needed
Hi,
Just picked up one of these.
Can anyone point me to a source for the owner's manual? I have a copy of a
copy that is in rough shape and it is missing information
Also- What is the difference between a 5 and a 5A
Thanks and 73
Carl
