A number of the portable DC power sources provide
outputs for various voltages e.g. 3, 4.5, 7.2, 9,
12 so I suppose a couple of them with AC float chargers
or solar chargers might cover your needs ... unless you
have voltages over 12vdc.

I have contemplated the same challenge and have moved
all of my 12vdc devices and devices for which I have
12v adapters over to the DC power strip which is powered
from a deep-cycle battery with a float charger.

I still have too many wall-warts, some are over 12vdc
and some have been added recently and I have not yet
rewired the ones needing 12vdc to my 12vdc power strip.
