[Boatanchors] Question

The Wireman in Landrum, SC has a spark plug device with two plugs on a 
bar with a mount for the end of a ground rod.  See:

I've had a couple of these.  They're strongly made and come with copper 
straps for the plugs in a couple of different lengths for 450 ohm window 
line or 300 ohm twin lead.
