[Boatanchors] Question

Place a 1 to 2.5mH RF choke from each feeder to the ground plate. With a 
DC resistance in the 25-75 Ohm range it will bleed off voltages that 
dont cause an arc.

Experiment with fuses in series or expect to replace them now and then.
