[Boatanchors] Why The Letter "Q" And Who Invented The Code?

Yo Mr. Peters,

I just finished transcribing the text into grade #2 shortform Braille. Would
you like a copy to hang on the Shack wall to baffle your sighted compatriots
with! Even though it is Braille, and the federal mandate of "look but do not
touch" legally does not apply, I would suggest that you tell those given to
the temptation of "Brailling" the document to keep their fingers to
themselves! There is just something distasteful about dirty fingertip
smudges mixed in with the Braille on white #24 weight linin stock! Sort of
like a black as India ink Fly dropping on the tip of Lincoln's nose on a
brand new shiny 'it used to contain 95% Copper' penny!
