Hi,

I think you mean MHz not mHz.

The "PIP" is an attenuator (likely a 75 or possibly a 300 ohm unit) designed to
attenuate strong local signals to prevent overloads.

I don't know what the other is.

Have you tried your library for Sams Photofacs?
