Yep, I had two of them and finally through up my arms in defeat and used
them as shelf legs until I found them a new home. I have a 303 on the
bench right now that I'm bringing to Dayton (if I ever get my vendor
tickets) and it's seems to perform very well although its SSB quality is
a bit annoying to the ear. Of course, that could be the Hi-Fi speaker I
have it connected to.
