[Boatanchors] New official acronym

I recently found that a lot of the STANDARD IC's of 20 years ago are now
getting hard to find. I am speaking about DIP components. Many are available
is surface mount packages but no longer in DIP packages. This makes building
a breadboard kluge a PITA!
