Yep, looks just like Bob's, W2AMI, receiver but has no indication of an ID plate ever being mounted where bob shows his mounted and there are 3 tiny threaded holes below the bottom of the front bezel and something (one 1/4" hole and 2 tiny mounting holes) above the front bezel. The outside cover is mounted on the usual Navy shock mount base plate. Looks some kind of snap-in ? flat glass from the bezel is missing but the second glass plate behind the pointer is there.

I have a (heavy, surprise, surprise) rack mount style EH Scott receiver 
which covers the BC band, 5.6 to 9Khz and 9 to 15Khz. Has 11 octal tubes and 
several USN stamps. Does anyone know what it is ?
