[Boatanchors] Harris RF-302 Ant Coupler

I no longer have the manuals for this set. Be very careful with the RF-301. 
It uses a very hard to align "synthesizer". You need either a frequency 
selective voltmeter (called out in the manual) or a spectrum analyzer to 
align the RF-301. It uses a number of spectrum comb generators where you 
mix a tooth from each to get the desired frequency. Unless carefully 
aligned, you will have spurs all over the place. I had one many years ago 
and quickly got rid of it.

The tuner is fairly simple and should easily be reverse engineered if you 
cannot locate the manual.
