The generator was a GN-58-A. I have plenty of those. Cranks were standard
GC-7's. Legs were cut-down LG-2 (no seat) and LG-3's. The power cable from
the generator to one of the power supplies is an odd looking thing, PL-294 (but
not so marked) one end and one of the 6-contact blue insert connectors on the
other, also unmarked. No nomeclature on the cable of course, beyond a red ink
stamp near the ersatz PL-294 that says P1 and some other stuff I can't make
out. I have one of the cables left here but the rubber jacket is quite stiff.
Probably needs to be replaced before someone tries to use it. I also have
one generator nylon jump-bag but I'm not sure that it has all of the harness
with it as I'm not sure what was required. And I have never been sure whether it
was intended to be used with the RS-6 or later AN/GRC-109 (early versions of
which also used GN-58-A), or with a Paratroop version of the AN/GRC-9.
