One other detail about working in the power supply section.  Following 
discharge of these capacitors, put a ground wire across the cap to 
prevent it from recharging.  Some of these babies can and will do that 
making for a big surprise

Be sure to remove it when finished working in there and before firing up 
the rig.  That, also, can provide a big surprise
