[Boatanchors] TVI and stripping surplus military radios

Well i can guarantee you that the BC-610 will generate lots of it.  At 
least the ones i had here did (an E and an I).  Especially when you have 
the back cover off and no ground!  Yeah i know, dangerous practice so 
don't get started on that.  But it was fun for a bit.  Lots of variables 
here so no need to nitpick on what i did wrong or what some of the 
variables were.  That was years back and i'm not interested in hearing 
about them anymore as i don't own one and doubt i ever will.
