Thats a 70 Volt line speaker that is part of a shipboard
intercomm/announcement system. Fairly new so it is PM.

A fast and fairly accurate way to determine the speaker imperence is to
measure the voice coil with an Ohmeter and multiply by 1.3. The transformer
must be disconnected.
