Gene and the group -
I had a silkscreen made for a rackmount receiver which was much larger and more complicated. I loaned them my old panel before I stripped and painted it, and they made a new computer generated artwork and had me approve it before we began which was a good thing because there were errors. As I remember (this was in 2003 or so) it was about $100 for the screen which they kept and still have, and $100 for the panel in 1-piece quantity. (I did the base color priming and painting with Krylon spray cans.) For multiple panels the price roughly halves with each additional panel, so it is worth it to get others on board. Since then I have taken in 3 more pre-painted panels over the years and used the master screen to have these done also. So the cost is all in the initial screen and the setup. Once they are set up they can really crank them out. They also baked the screening on. They did a beautiful job. The panel is awesome!
For the Heath DX-series rigs I'm not sure the cost would be justifiable. It would probably be more than the whole rig is worth.
These companies are not hard to come by. Look in any industrial directory such as the Thomas Register.
