Fat fingered the message. It should read USPS instead of UPS, i.e. the 
Post Office. Corrected message follows:

I've had good luck shipping Signal/One CX7s to Italy via USPS Priority. 
The shipping weight on them is around 50lbs. Virtually no paperwork, 
insured, appears to be a good way as all the government post offices 
adhere to international rules. Pay on the Internet site, it saves you 
10-20% I believe. Also, a lot of hams, especially in the EU, ask to ship 
that way.
