[Boatanchors] Anybody have info on a National NBS-1?

I picked one of these up yesterday between the raindrops at the Deerfield, 
NH swapfest. Rain price was excellent.

Other than being a rack mounted NC-183 I havent noticed anything unusual 
about it. One Google blurb described it as an "enhanced" 183 whatever that 
means.

Its appears complete including the cabinet, all knobs and supposedly works. 
I havent got that far yet.

I also picked up a nice used section of Rohn 45G tower. I need 3 more if 
anybody has some to part with within a reasonable driving distance of 
Southern NH.
