Everyone who sent me e-mail,

Many thanks for the interest!  Mike WE0H posted it on his website.
Someone asked if a triangle file would work.  NO.  Use a common chainsaw 
file for a regular "consumer" type chainsaw chain.  You can get them at 
hardware stores, sears, and probably WalMart.
