[Boatanchors] PL-259 modification

One of the problems soldering to the PL-259 connectors is the plating. The
ones with nickel plating need to either have the plating removed of the use
of acid flux. Most of us know the problem with acid flux.
After removing the nickel plating tin the brass with good rosin-core solder.
But in any event, it takes a large wattage soldering iron to do the PL-259
connectors.
