[Boatanchors] Transformer for Globe Scout 65

I was wrong in my previous response about 1000 VAC being about right. 

Based on Carl's message, I checked the Peter Dahl catalog and normal voltage
should be 1200 VAC which at 50 ma plate current would yield 60 watts input
with about 36 watts output if everything else is functioning as it should.
