General Cement (GC) used to have a similar item except this one had one end 
that would mate to the spray nozzle of most popular cleaners of the day.,  The 
other end had a screw on adaptor which allowed the fitting to two different 
sizes of pot shafts.  It was calld a "Gozinta" as in Goes-into, and it really 
worked.  I still have mine around here somewhere.
