[Boatanchors] Leaking caps.

 I just got around to looking over a T-23 / ARC-5 that I picked up at a hamfest a while back. There are several electrolytic cans mounted on the bottom of the transmitter. one of them, a .05 MFD, is leaking some greenish black goo. As I don't know what they put in these some 65 years ago, I don't know if I touch it if my fingers will be even more worthless than they are now. Is there any cause for concern with this stuff? PCP's? etc.
