[Boatanchors] Dry transfoer labels, etc.

Does anyone know of a source (That they have recently bought from) for the 
"rub down" or "dry transfer" type of labels?
I need 6 and 8 pt in white and black.

Also, can anyone tell me the best way to repaint the engraved markings on a 
panel? Or, a knob like on the National HRO main dial?
I need to repaint the dial which is gray and then redo the dial divisions in 
white.
