Garey, you have described the RANGER I I'm restoring to a tee.  Number 
2 on your list is a match.   Thanks for confirming it for me.  That 
means it's "original" as found and I'll complete the restoration 
accordingly.  And yes to the schematic.  I"ll be happy to reimburse you.

And to everyone offering your comments, thanks very much.

There ARE three versions.


1.  NO bias supply


2.  Bias supply with 6AL5 rectifier, AC dropped from HV winding via six
each 2W resistors mounted on the keyer subchassis.


3.  Bias supply with 6AL5 rectifier, AC from taps on the power
transformer HV secondary.  No big resistors on subchassis.


I'm out of town this week, but can provide a schematic when I get home
if you don't find it first.
