[Boatanchors] Ranger 40m chirp

Chirp with Johnson equipment was common even when the equipment was new. 
It is something I really wouldn't worry about if it isn't bad.

I remember when I was first granted a license in the mid-fifties one 
could tell if someone was using a Johnson transmitter by the chirp.
