   I have one of these - with a possibly fried power transformer - the dial 
lights work, nothing else, and there's tar everywhere - haven't gone into 
it further.  I have a copy of the original Belmont doc, including the 
schematic.  The radio would be for sale cheap if you'd like one for 
"parts" or to also restore; I have 30 year's worth of Projects on the 
shelves now.
