The  so called new spectrum space would be  the vacated TV channels that are 
up for grabs. I agree with Moveon.org that it  would be detrimental to the 
public good for these huge companies to be allowed  to purchase these frequencies 
merely for the purpose of manipulating the market  prices of internet access.
