Dick,

I agree with you.  What's at the link the previous email gives is totally 
devoid of any real information as to what they are asking you to sign a petition 
for.  They don't say where this bandwidth has suddenly appeared from (AFAIK 
none has recently been newly created - it has all existed since the end of the 
Big Bang).  Or what frequencies are up for grab.  Or anything other than verbal 
doubletalk.  

However, moveon.org is a well known left-wing pressure group.  They advocate 
things like total amnesty and free medical care for illegal aliens, open 
borders for illegal immigrants, abandoning the war against the Moslem terrorists, 
and other great ideas.  Their energy policy would be appropriate to the 
technology that existed in the 16th Century.  So I wouldn't sign anything that they 
advocate except for their death warrants.
