[Boatanchors] Tube Replacements

>From a recent estate sale I recently acquired three items I beieve are called tube replacements. I have no data on them and  don't know where to find any data sheets. Can someone help me locate information please? 
    
  Two are marked 1N2634 and have four prong bases. They are a black plastic material. I understand they are solid state replacement for 5Z3, 80, 82, 83, and 83V 
   
  One is marked 1N 1239 has an octal base and has an aluminum shell. I have no other information.
   
  Does anyone have ant information about these or can someone direct me to a web site where I can download data about them? Any idea of their worth?
