This is a sad development for amateurs who have used Peter
Dahl. However there are alternatives who can fill the void.
Hyberor Transformers and Gary/WZ1M can do anything you need
and both are much less than Dahl. I have used Gary to do my
work and he provided turnaround that was satisfactory and
the work was quality. The real good part is the cost was
less than Dahl. He will take your transformer and rewind it
to the specifications.
If you are affected by the freeze, contact Gary. I know he
posts on the AM Radio reflector and maybe here.
