First off, I am not interested in the radio.
However, if it is going to be a bidding deal it should not take place here,
boatanchor rule or no boatanchor rule.  Let the seller pay E-bay for
bandwith if he wants to do this.  Why should this group have to take the
time to read or delete a seller's business dealings and haggling so he can
squeeze the last penny of profit out of his radio.  Offer the damn thing at
a fair price or go somewhere else.  It amazes me how classless some people
are these days.
As a side note, I have given radio parts away free and even paid the
shipping charges and not wanting to be reimbursed for the shipping charges.
Not too long ago I sent someone an S-meter for a Drake rig free including
postage.  Even then, not even an e-mail saying, "thank you".  Kind of makes
you wonder about the group you are within.
