Hi Joe -
I use latex ceiling white paint and a small squeegee (3/4" x 2") cut from a
piece of 1/8" thick silicone rubber. Apply with squeegee - wait - remove
excess with a damp cloth. If you screw up just do it again. You want the
letters to look smooth. That is why I don't like spackle or those lettering
sticks. Makes it look terrible.
