Sorry I don't have a spare but if possible you should replace them both 
at the same time if the other tube has a lot of hours on it.  I would 
also try to avoid the Chinese manufactured tubes (current Taylor and 
Penta brands for example) if possible as the quality seems really 
spotty!  I have never used the Russian Svetlana 572B tubes but I have 
had very good service from the Svetlana 4CX800 tubes in my homebrew amp.
