[Boatanchors] AR88 S meter

I had a Japanese "S" meter that I mounted behind the "S" meter cutout in the
AR-88 I had. (I sold it as I was unable to handle it anymore...too heavy!)
I mounted it on a phenolic sheet cutout to fit the meter and secured to the
chassis. It looked quite good. Circuit stolen from the RSGB Handbook. The
original RCA circuit on the CR-88 schematic needs a "backwards" meter!
(Zereo on the right hand side instead of left hand side) The RSGB schematic
lists a circuit that works fine with a regular forward reading meter.
