I do not know how many of you the new postal rapes are going to affect, but 
please do those of us who are affected a favor and log on to

USPS Postal Regulatory Commission: http://www.prc.gov/

On left side click on "contact us" and give a brief objection to the new 
overseas rates.
Your help and support will be greatly appreciated.
