[Boatanchors] 4 or 5 color band carbon resistors

I used one of G3SEK's tetrode boards in my homebrew amp a few years ago
and several of the UK sourced resistors used the 3 digits plus
multiplier format noted by John; it took me a little while to figure out
the coding system. I also have some 60's era Japanese resistors where
the brown color band blends nicely with the brown body color which made
them a bit difficult to decipher also.
