[Boatanchors] Black Bakelite Panel

I tried a similar search for a black bakelite panel to repair an old 
Instructograph and ended up using a plexiglass product marketed as a bakelite 
substitute.  It actually looks almost identical to bakelite.  I bought it at a 
plastics warehouse,  Plastic Depot, 2907 San Fernando Blvd, Burbank, CA 91504  
818-843-3030.  I showed up at their doorstep and they cut it to size for me.

If you do find a source for real Bakelite, let us know!
