[Boatanchors] speaker cement

There was a terribly long thread abt this exact question on another 
(hopefully not this) list abt 2 wks ago  I think it basically came down to 
it doesn't matter much abt what glue/paste/tiger snot, etc.  No, nobody 
mentioned tiger snot I guess, but I'm sure some of us remember it from our 
motorcycle fixin days.  Some used tissue paper to patch big rips, some used 
coffee filter paper, etc, etc.
