[Boatanchors] Mcelroy Oscillatone

Is this an Oscillator-amplifier? There was such a critter used for Morse 
Code training by the Army during WW II. It was used in conjunction with the 
McElroy keyer and recorder units. I can tell you what tubes the keyer and 
the recorder used but not an Oscillatone.
