Recent estimates were $6-$8M, probably more by now. Rumor has it that
the high cost is related the the NJ program of preserving farmland
under asphalt. Here in VT we have the opposite, thanks to the
transplanted loonies. No business allowed unless it involves
teddybears or ice cream. (o:
